Refund & Claims Policy


Your satisfaction is important to us.

Please retain your invoice (proof of purchase) for presentation with your claim.

The Consumers Guarantees Act secures PERSONAL SHOPPERS. We will gladly replace or exchange (subject to availability) any faulty or sub-standard merchandise. This also applies to goods damaged in transit where we have arranged the carriage of goods. If a suitable replacement or exchange item is not available within a reasonable time we will refund the full purchase price plus any freight charge that may have been paid by you.

If an online shopper is not completely happy with the goods they receive they should notify online@thestudio.co.nz (or phone 09 638 8082) within 48 hours of delivery. The Studio of Tableware will proceed to arrange a replacement or a refund and for the goods to be returned to The Studio of Tableware’s warehouse (see Returns Procedure).
